Accountabilities
Own technical architecture and engineering standards across React, Next.js, Node.js,



and supporting technologies, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership to a growing engineering team through mentoring, code reviews, pairing, technical guidance, and continuous development of engineering capabilities.
Champion AI-powered development practices and automation to improve engineering productivity, code quality, delivery speed, and problem-solving across the team.
Lead the integration of machine learning and AI-driven capabilities into product features, particularly for fintech and trading-related use cases.
Architect, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring reliability and performance under real-world market conditions.
Design and evolve scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, services, and architectures while maintaining strong full-stack awareness.
