A Day in the Life
The HR Analytics team enables data-driven decision-making across the Human Resources function through trusted data products, workforce analytics, reporting, and governance. As a Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst, you will serve as the critical link between HR stakeholders and technical data teams, translating business needs into scalable data, reporting, and analytics solutions that support Medtronic's digital and AI transformation.
Partnering with Human Resources Centers of Excellence, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Business Intelligence teams,



you will help deliver trusted workforce data products that enable informed decision-making across Human Resources and the broader business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business consulting, data analysis, data governance, and stakeholder engagement to drive impactful analytics outcomes.

Business Consulting & Requirements Management
Partner with HR stakeholders to define reporting, workforce metrics, and analytics requirements.
Translate business questions into explicit functional and technical specifications.
Advise stakeholders on metric definitions, data availability, and appropriate data usage.
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for HR data and reporting initiatives.
Solutions & Warehouse Enablement
Define requirements for HR data integration from source systems into enterprise data warehouse environments.
