About the Role:
The incumbent will lead the creative vision, communication strategy, and branding for the Star Plus driving impactful storytelling across on-air and integrated platforms.



This role is central to shaping how audiences engage with our channel’s content, ensuring that all promotional output is compelling, consistent, and aligned with the brand identity. Operating in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, the incumbent will lead a team of creative professionals to deliver innovative campaigns that maximize reach, engagement, and brand recall.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive the overall creative direction and brand communication strategy for the channel
Oversee the creation of on-air promos that effectively highlight show concepts, characters, and key narratives
Lead the development and execution of day-to-day communication including brand campaigns, launches, programming initiatives, and channel packaging
Plan and manage the annual on-air promotional calendar aligned with programming and business priorities
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of promo producers, editors, copywriters,
