Role Overview : The AVP acts as the Workday and HR Technology champion,



enabling digital transformation and operational efficiency while leading a geographically dispersed, high-performing HR Shared Services (HRSS) team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership for Employee Lifecycle Operations
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for global onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding operations.
• Ensure delivery of a world-class employee experience by maintaining seamless, compliant, and scalable lifecycle processes across all regions.
• Drive governance of SLAs, KPIs, compliance controls, and quality standards across HR operations.
• Anticipate risks, proactively address process gaps, and steer the function toward operational resilience.

2. Workday Ownership & HR Technology Transformation
• Serve as the senior Workday SME for Employee Lifecycle processes, ensuring optimized system usage and data accuracy.
