This is a senior, customer-facing technology leadership role focused on connecting complex technology solutions with strategic business objectives. You will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, helping organizations identify opportunities for innovation and technology adoption. The role combines solution consulting, sales engineering, account strategy, and executive engagement. You will shape compelling business value propositions, lead technical evaluations, and develop sophisticated proof-of-concept solutions. Working across sales, customer success, engineering, and other internal teams, you will influence opportunities well beyond your assigned accounts. Accountabilities:




Provide senior technical expertise throughout the customer lifecycle, supporting go-to-market initiatives and helping customers maximize the value of cloud and connected technology solutions.
Assess customer business requirements and identify appropriate technology solutions that address strategic objectives and operational challenges.
Develop and communicate industry trends, technology insights, use cases, and business value propositions to customers and prospects.
Establish trusted-advisor relationships with customers, acting as a strong advocate for their needs and building relationships with key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and executive-level briefings remotely or at customer locations.
Coordinate cross-functional internal resources to address customer requirements and ensure successful technical engagement and solution delivery.
