This is a senior finance leadership chance focused on building and scaling a shared-service model in India. You will lead a significant finance transition while maintaining reliable, accurate, and well-controlled day-to-day operations. The role combines operational leadership with finance transformation, process standardization, and continuous improvement. You will help modernize finance workflows through technology, automation, data, and AI-enabled solutions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will influence the evolution of finance systems, processes, and service delivery. Accountabilities:
Establish and develop a scalable shared-service operating model for Finance Operations in India, creating consistent processes, service standards, and operating rhythms.




Lead finance transition activities, including knowledge transfer, process migration, change adoption, and the stabilization of newly transitioned activities.
Oversee core transactional finance processes, ensuring accurate billing, reconciliations, intercompany activities, master data management, working capital processes, and timely month-end close.
Strengthen financial controls, governance, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness while ensuring issues are identified and escalated appropriately.
Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, service measures, and performance standards to improve efficiency, quality, responsiveness, and operational resilience.
Support finance transformation initiatives and ERP optimization, including the integration and effective use of NetSuite and other technology-enabled processes.
