The opportunity
The Enterprise Security Program is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, global information security initiatives across EY. This Assistant Director role is designed for a project leader who can connect strategy to execution, bring together cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes that reduce enterprise risk while supporting business value and operational resilience.
The role sits within Information Security and will support the Enterprise Security Program’s Information Security Management Services Team. It requires strong leadership without direct authority, transparent executive communication, and the ability to coordinate across Information Security, Member Firms, Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
Lead complex global information security programs and projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, plans, milestones, risks, budgets and outcomes are actively managed.
Translate enterprise security objectives into clear execution plans that support business value, measurable benefits and risk reduction.
Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across Information Security, Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, Member Firms, vendors and contractors.
