Under supervision, will undertake a range of HR tasks and may be responsible for the admin and/or co-ordination of one, two or more of recruitment, work cover WHS, HRIS admin (e.g. Admin work related to recent hires, employee movement, etc.)
May provide basic HR policy interpretation (e.g. Leave Policy, Study Assistance Policy
Participate in and or support of HR projects
Ability to design SoPs for processes
May have 6+ years experience

Communication / Interpersonal
Demonstrates active and effective listening skills
Good verbal/written communication skills
Able to build rapport with stakeholders
Ability to produce reports and other documents using standard systems or templates
Responds to enquires and provides appropriate advice
