Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Finance Analytics & Insights will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the MEIAT Controller. The Senior Manager, Finance Analytics & Insights is a strategic leader within the Global Controllership organization responsible for building and managing the finance reporting, analytics, and business intelligence ecosystem. This role partners closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A;, Internal Audit, and Finance Systems to transform financial data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. This individual serves as the organization's Power BI expert and leads the design, development, and governance of enterprise financial dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate combines robust engineering and data architecture expertise with an understanding of finance and accounting processes to deliver scalable, automated reporting capabilities across the global finance organization.

Serve as the accounting organization's subject matter expert for Power BI and enterprise reporting solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards supporting the Corporate Controller, CFO, Finance Leadership Team, and Audit Committee.
Build interactive dashboards covering:
S2P | Supply Chain/Procurement and AP
Close metrics
Account reconciliations
SOX compliance
Intercompany
Revenue
Fixed assets
AR
Treasury
Tax
M&A; integration
ERP implementation
Finance transformation initiatives
Develop self-service reporting capabilities that enable Finance leaders to access timely and r
