Role Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Executive to develop partnerships with preschools and educational institutions.
The role involves extensive field travel, meeting school owners, principals, trustees, and other decision-makers, conducting product presentations, generating leads, negotiating, and converting opportunities into successful business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads from preschools and educational institutions.
Meet school owners, principals, trustees, and key decision-makers to explore business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective institutions.
Build and maintain strong and professional client relationships.




Handle negotiations, regular follow-ups, and business closures.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and daily activity reports.
Represent the organization at exhibitions, seminars, education events, and networking opportunities.
Conduct market visits and gather information regarding competitors and market trends.
Develop current school partnerships and expand the organization's institutional customer base.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales, Education Sales, Business Development, or a similar role will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills may also apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident personality with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
