What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior AI Software Engineer to lead our initiatives in artificial intelligence and workflow automation. In this role, you will be instrumental in exploring, designing,



and deploying AI agents and applications that drive enterprise intelligence and operational efficiency. You will bridge the gap between traditional software engineering and cutting-edge AI technologies, setting the standard for AI integration within our organization.
Responsibilities
AI Agent Development: Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of intelligent AI agents utilizing up-to-date frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API) to solve complex enterprise challenges.
Automation & Workflow Management: Architect, establish, and refine guardrails and best practices for automation script development. Ensure robust execution and seamless integration with existing enterprise asset systems.
Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex system integrations, manage API security (including key management and SSL configuration), and optimize Python-based AI workflows for scalability and performance.
