The Manager – Payroll is responsible for leading and governing end-to-end payroll operations across a complex, multi-country region spanning Asia, Middle East, Africa, and ANZ. The role ensures accurate, compliant, and productive payroll delivery through strategic vendor management, stakeholder partnership, and continuous process improvement aligned with global standards.Your responsibilities
1. Payroll Governance & Delivery• Lead delivery of multi-country payroll operations across diverse regulatory environments through external partners.• Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing aligned with organizational standards and policies.• Act as the regional authority and single point of contact (SPOC) for all payroll-related matters, including escalations.
2. Compliance & Risk Management• Ensure strict adherence to statutory, legal, financial, and regulator
