Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading textile and carpet manufacturing company with a well-established presence in the market. Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development & Project Marketing with a solid background in the hospitality, real estate, or luxury projects sector, along with a well-established network of HNI clients across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the hospitality, real estate, and luxury project segments.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients, developers, investors, and other key decision-makers.
- Leverage an established industry network to generate leads, secure projects, and expand the company’s market presence.
- Develop and execute marketing and business development initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and promote the company’s products and projects.
- Take ownership of projects from initial discussions and planning through execution and final delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors,



and internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, client requirements, and deliverables while ensuring a high standard of service.
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of project-related matters.
- Travel across India as required for client meetings, business development activities, and project coordination.

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in business development, project management, hospitality, real estate, luxury interiors, or related premium project environments.
- Strong understanding of the Indian hospitality and real estate landscape, with a proven PAN India network of HNI clients and industry stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business, develop strategic relationships, and convert opportunities into projects.
