About the role
As part of the Brand & Content team, you'll help shape how Sprinklr tells its story across every stage of the customer journey. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable writing a homepage, a campaign,



a customer story or a launch video script - and enjoys switching between them.
You will create content that helps customers understand not just what we build, but why it matters.
What you'll do
Create explicit, compelling content across a variety of formats, including web pages, blogs, customer stories, campaign assets, emails, landing pages, social media, paid ads, presentations and video scripts.
Bring marketing campaigns to life by partnering with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation and Design teams.
Turn complex product capabilities into simple, customer-focused stories that resonate with enterprise audiences.
Ensure every piece of content reflects Sprinklr's brand voice, editorial standards and messaging principles.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with attention to detail and deadlines.
Use AI as a productivity partner to accelerate research, ideation and first drafts whi
