A Day in the Life
The Senior Workday Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and supports Talent Management and Performance processes across the organization. This role partners closely with Global Talent, HR, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to maintain and optimize Workday configuration, improve process efficiency, and deliver a consistent user experience throughout recruiting, talent, and performance workflows. The position plays a key role in supporting system enhancements, resolving complex issues, ensuring data integrity,



and implementing scalable solutions that support global talent acquisition and talent management initiatives.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting configuration, support, and process optimization.
Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes, condition rules, notifications, questionnaires, candidate stages, disposition reasons, approval routing, and related recruiting setup.
Support end-to-end recruiting workflows, including requisitions, approvals, job postings, candidate management, interviews, offers, pre-hire activities, and duplicate candidate resolution.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, HR Operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Workday solutions.
