Job description
Initiate, facilitate, and lead end‑to‑end business process mapping and review workshops to assess current sales and operational workflows and identify digitalization opportunities.
Conduct detailed analysis of concept notes shared by business stakeholders and convert them into clear, structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional business teams to capture business scenarios, ROI/payback calculations, exception cases, operational challenges, and user requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for CRM/ERP or other digital platforms after considering vertical & horizontal integration
Evaluate existing processes for inefficiencies, manual touchpoints, and compliance gaps, and recommend process enhancements or automation opportunities.
Support solution design by working alongside technical teams, ensuring that proposed digital solutions align with business objectives and fit the intended process flow.




Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and sign‑off cycles with business users, process owners, and IT teams.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, assisting users during execution, and validating defect resolutions.
Drive change management efforts by training users, explaining recent digital processes, and ensuring adoption of updated workflows and systems.
Monitor post‑implementation performance and utilization, gather user feedback, and work with stakeholders to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.
Explore usage of new age technologies like AI/ML, Analytics etc. to make the business processes more convinient, flexible & Agile

Qualification and experience
B.E. (Mech) with experience in sales for 3-5 years. Should have flair for digital technologies

Functional / Technical Competencies
Knowledge of Technical sales, front sales, marketing and aftermarket business processes
Knowledge of Project Man
