The Project Development Services (PDS) Director leads the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction and project management initiatives. This role oversees project teams, ensures alignment with client objectives, and drives operational excellence across the project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership Provides strategic direction for project delivery operations,
ensuring projects align with organizational goals and client requirements. Develops and implements best practices, methodologies, and standards across the project portfolio. Leads business development efforts and cultivates client relationships to drive growth.
Project Oversight Oversees multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Reviews project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies. Makes critical decisions on resource allocation, scope changes, and issue resolution.
Team Management Leads, mentors, and develops project management professionals including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and support staff. Builds high-performing teams through recruitment, training, and performance management. Fosters a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and client service excellence.
