* Plan, launch and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads campaig
ns* Manage advertising budgets, audiences, targeting and campaign performan
ce* Drive consistent, high-quality lead generati
on* Monitor Leads, CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate and R
OI* Manage the CRM and complete lead fl
ow* Build lead-nurturing and follow-up automation through approved channe
ls* Track the full customer journe
y: Lead → Qualified Lead → Appointment → Conversi
on* Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rat
es* Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTu
