Role Description/ Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the Business Analyst on new enhancements documentation and implementation follow-up for Supply Chain Management Supplier Portal (SSP-SCM 2.0) and Procurement HUB
Operationally follow-up the resolution of tickets in coordination with the various actors of Digital, User Adoption and Business team respecting SLAs
Participate to run monitoring automation and KPI standardization initiative
