We’re looking for someone who can help us find the right companies, start genuine conversations and build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
What you’ll do
You’ll own the top of the business-development funnel.
Research startups, founders and product teams that fit our ideal customer profile.
Identify companies with genuine signals that they may need product design, MVP development, AI product expertise or fractional product/design leadership.
Find and reach the right decision-makers — typically founders, CEOs, CPOs and Heads of Product.
Create personalised LinkedIn and email outreach rather than mass messaging.
Start conversations and qualify opportunities before handing them over for a discovery call.
Follow up intelligently with prospects over time.




Build and maintain a straightforward CRM/pipeline.
Identify opportunities through funding announcements, hiring activity, product launches, founder communities and other signals.
Experiment with messaging, audiences and channels and track what actually generates conversations.
Help develop partnerships and referral opportunities with complementary agencies, developers, consultants and founder networks.
Who we’re looking for
You don’t need to be a product designer, but you need to understand how digital products get built.
Ideally, you’ve previously generated business for a product studio, UX/design consultancy, software agency, SaaS company or technology consultancy.
You should be comfortable researching companies rather than simply buying lists, writing personalised outreach, speaking with founders and senior product people, using LinkedIn for prospecting, working independently and being measured on qu
