This role will own the operational side of HubSpot, including CRM administration, workflows, data quality, lifecycle management, marketing assets, segmentation, reporting, integrations, and enablement. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with HubSpot and understand how CRM data, automation, marketing campaigns, sales processes, enablement, and reporting work together. The person will serve as a HubSpot subject matter expert , ensuring the platform remains clean, organized, scalable, and aligned with business requirements while enabling Marketing, Sales, BDR, and Leadership teams to effectively use CRM data and tools.
