Lead hiring, training, and performance appraisals for the AP team, Manage attendance, leave planning, and ensure adequate backup for all activities, Organize daily huddles and regular reviews to monitor process health and address issues. Operational Excellence - Ensure accurate processing of AP transactions and adherence to SLA/TAT timelines, Oversee month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries, Present dashboards with SLI & KPI reports to business users and drive improvements in Paid on Time (POT) metrics, Handle escalations, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures, Manage current projects and process transitions from other business units to ABB GBS.
