The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive market knowledge, and a proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth within the real estate channel partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Drive overall sales strategy and revenue generation for the organization. • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets. • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth avenues. • Build and maintain solid relationships with developers, clients, and key stakeholders.



Team Leadership & Performance Management • Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Property Consultants. • Establish sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks. • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and leadership development initiatives. • Foster a high-performance and target-driven sales culture.
