Role Description This is a full-time,

The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, reviewing tender documents, and preparing compliant, competitive bids for EPC, infrastructure, and government projects. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams to gather technical and commercial inputs, drafting proposals, and ensuring timely submission of tender documents. The role involves analyzing tender conditions, preparing cost estimations in coordination with internal stakeholders, and maintaining documentation and records for ongoing and future bids. The Tendering Specialist will also support contract negotiation, track tender outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement of tendering processes and strategies.
