Operational Management
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Home & EU division, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Oversee the end-to-end student recruitment and admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
Ensure operational activities are delivered in accordance with company policies, service standards, and university requirements.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance workflow and turnaround times.
Business Development & Commercial Growth
Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve agreed enrolment and conversion targets.
Generate qualified student applications through direct recruitment, referral networks, and strategic business development initiatives.
Expand and strengthen relationships with educational consultants, B2B partners, referral partners, and other recruitment channels.




Contribute to revenue growth by increasing student enrolments and strengthening commercial partnerships.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with universities, educational institutions, referral partners, and external stakeholders.
Act as the primary operational contact for key partners and ensure effective communication.
Represent GECC professionally during meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and partner engagements.
Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and provide an exceptional client experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Leadership & Team Management
Provide leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support to the Home & EU Operations team.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and professional growth.
Foster collaboration between Operations, Admissions, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and other departments.
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, continuous improvement
