? Hiring | Restaurant Manager – Gurugram

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who has a solid understanding of the Gurugram F&B; market, particularly the Brewery | Bar | Restaurant segment.

We are seeking a hospitality professional with 8–12 years of experience who has genuinely explored and understands the Gurugram market, including guest profiles, nightlife, dining trends, service standards, revenue generation and team management.

What we’re looking for:
• 8–12 years of relevant F&B; experience
• Strong exposure to breweries, bars & premium restaurants
• Excellent knowledge of the Gurugram dining & nightlife market
• Proven experience in managing large teams and high-volume operations
• Strong command over guest experience, service standards & SOPs
• Understanding of sales, upselling,



cost control & profitability
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• A strong network and understanding of the local F&B; ecosystem will be an advantage
