About the Role
The Manager – Marketing Operations & Business Support will be responsible for leading multiple cross-functional teams that collectively support the company's sales, marketing, customer service, and business growth initiatives.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role requiring a strong combination of people management, process improvement, project coordination, data-driven decision-making, and execution excellence.
The Manager will oversee the following functions:
Product Videography & Photography
Video Editing & Creative Production
Tele Sales
Data Research & Market Intelligence
Service Technicians
Documentation & Process Management
Office Administration Support




The ideal candidate should be capable of managing people from different functional backgrounds while ensuring all departments work towards common organizational objectives.

Purpose of the Position
To ensure every support function within marketing and operations performs efficiently by establishing systems, monitoring KPIs, improving productivity, and driving continuous improvements that contribute directly to business growth.
Major Roles & Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & People Management
Lead and mentor multiple teams by: Setting departmental goals, Assigning daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, Monitoring work quality, Reviewing employee performance, Conducting one-on-one meetings, Coaching team members, Resolving conflicts, Motivating employees, Identifying training needs, Creating succession plans, Conducting performance appraisals, Ensuring high employee engagement.
2. Creative Team Management
Manage the: Product Videography Team, Photography Team, Editing Team
