Position: In-House Production & Social Media Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-presented and creative female team member to handle in-house fashion content production and Instagram brand management. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content featuring our products while maintaining the premium image of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality Instagram Reels, Stories and product videos for the brand.

- Wear and showcase outfits for videos, styling them appropriately according to the brand aesthetic.

- Create faceless content when required, including product showcases, styling videos, close-ups, transitions and behind-the-scenes content.

- Plan and execute daily/weekly Instagram content.

- Shoot videos using a smartphone and basic lighting equipment.

- Assist with Instagram page management, including uploading posts/reels, writing captions and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.

- Follow current Instagram trends and convert suitable trends into premium fashion content.

- Coordinate with the in-house team for current arrivals, collections, offers and campaigns.

- Maintain proper presentation of garments during shoots.





- Help develop creative concepts for reels, stories and promotional campaigns.

- Keep track of content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Candidate Requirements

- Well-groomed, neat, presentable and confident.

- Comfortable being on camera and wearing the brand's outfits for content.

- Good sense of fashion, styling and presentation.

- Creative and comfortable experimenting with new content ideas.

- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels, Stories and trends.

- Basic video shooting/editing skills; knowledge of CapCut or similar apps is a plus.

- Good communication skills.

- Should be proactive, punctual and willing to learn.

- Prior experience in fashion content creation, social media or modelling/content production is preferred but not compulsory.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who can become the face and/or content creator of the brand, understands premium fashion presentation, has a good eye for aesthetics and can independently come up with fresh Instagram content ideas.

Note: Selection will be based on presentation, confidence, creativity, communication skills and suitability for fashion content—not on physical appearance alone.
