Job Role

URBAN Doors is looking for a hardworking and target-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our door manufacturing business and develop new customers, dealers and business opportunities in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

* Daily field visits for sales and marketing.

* Visit and develop relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, architects and interior designers.

* Generate current leads and convert them into customers.

* Promote and explain URBAN Doors products to potential customers.

* Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and payments.

* Develop new dealer/distributor networks.

* Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

* Collect market information, competitor pricing and customer feedback.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.





* Coordinate with the manufacturing/office team regarding customer requirements and orders.

* Use WhatsApp and phone calls for customer communication and follow-up.

Candidate Requirements

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Confident and presentable personality.

* Comfortable with field work and daily market visits.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and MS Office is preferred.

* Sales/marketing experience will be an advantage.

* Experience in doors, furniture, building materials, plywood, hardware, interior or construction products will be preferred.

* Must be target-oriented and willing to travel locally.

* Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
