Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients through market research.

- Generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.

- Present and promote the company's products and services, understanding client requirements and offering appropriate solutions.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts in compliance with company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, revenue, and invoices.

- Build and nurture strong,

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
/n
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
/n
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
/n
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
/n
- Good market awareness and business acumen.
/n
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Solid planning, organizational, and time management skills.
