About the Role:

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them with questions, orders, product information and concerns across different communication channels.

/n

You'll play an important role in ensuring that every interaction reflects the warmth and care that defines House of Vrajbhoomi.

What You'll Do

/n

/n
- Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, email, calls and social media
/n
- Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, shipping, exchanges and returns
/n




- Resolve customer concerns promptly and thoughtfully
/n
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and dispatch to resolve issues
/n
- Track customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups
/n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
/n
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights with the relevant teams
/n
- Ensure every customer interaction is clear, helpful and aligned with the brand voice
/n
- Support in creating a smooth and positive post-purchase experience
/n

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
/n
- A friendly, patient and solution-oriented approach
/n
- Positive written and verbal communication in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus
/n
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls and messaging platforms
/n
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
/n
- Ability to multitask and stay calm while
