Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial plot sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide complete project information.
- Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
