Job Summary

The Sales Manager - Biomass Pellet Sales is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships for biomass pellets. The role focuses on identifying industrial and commercial customers, negotiating long-term supply agreements, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. The Sales Manager will work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets for biomass pellets.
- Identify and acquire current customers in industries such as power plants, cement, paper, têxtiles, food processing, chemicals, boilers, and other thermal energy users.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, and customer visits.




- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term business.

Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer fuel requirements and recommend suitable biomass pellet solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.

Market Development
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, fuel price movements, and customer demand.
- Identify opportunities in domestic and export markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with distributors, traders, and industrial clients.
- Promote biomass pellets as a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.

Sales Operations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
