Job Summary

The Pre-Sales Engineer supports the sales process by analyzing customer requirements, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating pricing activities, and ensuring timely submission and follow-up of quotations. The role acts as a bridge between Sales, Procurement, and Management to develop competitive solutions that meet customer needs and company objectives.

Preference for people who had past experience in computer hardware shops

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering
- Experience in pre-sales, estimation, technical sales, or proposal preparation.
- Strong analytical and costing skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review lead details from the Sales Team.
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare technical solutions, cost estimates, and commercial quotations.




- Coordinate with the Procurement Team to obtain pricing for recent or non-standard items.
- Develop accurate and competitive proposals based on customer specifications and project requirements.
- Route completed and approved quotations to the Sales Team and/or customers.
- Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain customer feedback and support sales closure.
- Work closely with Management to establish and maintain pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Maintain quotation records and ensure proper documentation of pricing and proposal details.
- Provide technical support and clarification to customers and the Sales Team during the pre-sales process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
