Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the social media presence of brands under your portfolio, including strategy, trend marketing, content planning, and monthly content calendars.
- Handle end-to-end client servicing and account management, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution.
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, including stories, reels, and static posts.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and identify opportunities to create viral and relevant content.
- Monitor performance through analytics and reporting by tracking KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations. -Coordinate with influencers, creators, photographers, videographers, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Brainstorm innovative content ideas that align with each brand's identity and business goals.

Skills & Qualifications




- 1-2 years of experience in social media management (Freshers with a robust portfolio are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent content planning, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Strong client servicing and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good understanding of social media insights and analytics.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar content creation tools is a plus.
