We are expanding our design team and looking for a visionary Fashion Designer who thrives in the world of luxury occasionwear and understands the art of styling the modern gentleman.

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop exclusive Indo-Western and Western menswear (sherwanis, bandhgalas, tuxedos, jackets, structured sets) with a focus on embellishments, textural surfaces, and sharp tailoring:
- Create mood boards, design sketches, and tech packs for new collections
- Innovate with surface techniques, embroideries, and artisanal finishes in collaboration with the sampling team




- Stay updated with global fashion trends, silhouettes, and menswear innovations in the premium segment
- Supervise sample development and fittings, ensuring precision in detailing, fit, and execution
- Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams for smooth execution
- Guide junior designers and interns to maintain the brand’s design integrity
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for trims, embellishments, and luxury fabrics
- Degree in Fashion Design from a reputed institute
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, couture menswear, or export-oriented design studios:
- Strong portfolio showcasing embellished menswear, Indo-Western styles, and formal/fusion silhouettes:
- Proficient in manual sketching, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, draping, and pattern techniques:
- Sound understanding of fabrics (silks, velvets, brocades, satins, crepes), finishes, and high-end tailoring
