- and post-sales technical support, troubleshoot, and customize solutions

Should be from manufacturing or automotive industry only, preferably from CEV or HEMM.
- Customer Support & Customization: Solving complex technical issues for customers and integrating solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Offering deep technical knowledge about products.
- Bridge Function: Serving as a liaison between sales, marketing, and engineering departments.
- Testing and Validation: Conducting product demonstrations, testing, and validation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Automobile only.
- Communication: Solid interpersonal skills to communicate complex technical concepts to customers.




- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and provide innovative solutions.
- Domain Knowledge: Min 8 years.
