Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the showroom, office, meeting room, pantry, and washroom.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to clients and staff.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the concerned team member.
- Keep brochures, product samples, and display areas clean and properly arranged.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and document organization.
- Assist in packing brochures, quotations, and client documents when required.
- Purchase office stationery, pantry items, and other office supplies.
- Deposit bank cheques, collect documents, and perform official outdoor tasks as instructed.
- Receive and dispatch courier parcels.
- Monitor pantry and housekeeping supplies and inform the office before stock runs out.
- Assist the sales and admin team during client meetings and events.
- Ensure lights, ACs,



and office equipment are switched off after office hours.
- Perform any other office-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Marathi, Hindi, and straightforward English.
- Well-groomed with good personal hygiene.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle outdoor office work when required.

Preferred
- Prior experience as an Office Boy/Girl, Housekeeping Staff, or Office Assistant.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
