We are seeking a Key Account Executive to manage communication and relationships with international clients for our pharmaceutical export business. The role focuses on client coordination, account support, and maintaining robust customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts

Maintain regular communication with international clients

Coordinate internally for updates and share information with clients

Monitor client requirements and ensure smooth account management

Maintain customer records, agreements, and account data

Track client feedback and support issue resolution

Prepare account reports and maintain documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree

2-4 years of experience in account management or client coordination

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and reporting skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
