- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding VoIP products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Product Presentation
- Deliver online and in-person presentations of VoIP and Cloud Communication solutions.
- Explain product features, perks, and business use cases to prospective customers.
- Demonstrate Cloud PBX, IP PBX, SIP Trunk, Call Recording, IVR, CRM Integration, and Contact Center solutions.
- Answer customer questions during product demonstrations.
Customer Requirement Analysis
- Understand customer business requirements.
- Identify communication challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide the best-fit solution.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
