About the Company
Spacemax Indoor Solutions Pvt. We are looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager who can independently manage our manufacturing facility and ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
Position Summary
The role requires a strong leader who can build systems, manage teams, solve production challenges, and continuously improve factory efficiency.
This position reports directly to the Managing Director and is expected to independently run the day-to-day factory operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Execution
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Allocate jobs based on machine capacity and manpower availability.
- Ensure all customer orders are completed within committed timelines.
- Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks.
- Improve production efficiency and throughput.
