Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning
- Install and commission commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct testing and ensure equipment functions properly after installation.
- Verify electrical, gas, water, and drainage connections.
- Ensure smooth handover and customer training after installation.

Service & Maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Attend breakdown service calls and provide timely solutions.
- Repair and replace faulty components as required.
- Minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Technical Support
- Provide onsite technical support to customers.
- Guide customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex service requirements.
- Recommend spare parts and maintenance solutions when required.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and site visit reports.
- Submit detailed service reports after every customer visit.




- Track spare parts usage and inventory records.
- Update management regarding service status and pending issues.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment, HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical Maintenance, or related industries.:
- Robust knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, control panels, refrigeration systems, and gas-operated equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valid Driving License required.
- Willingness to travel for customer site visits.
