Position:Training & Development Specialist

Responsibilities:
Identify training needs:
Identify the specific training needs of employees and departments within the organization.

Design training programs:
Develop and design training programs and materials tailored to meet the identified needs. This may include creating training modules, workshops, e-learning courses, and other educational resources.

Deliver training sessions:
Measure effectiveness of training programs:




Assess the effectiveness of training programs by measuring the impact on employee performance and job skills.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR professionals, department managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- An MBA or postgraduate degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
- Proficiency in multimedia training platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
