As we scale across customers, products, and geographies, we are building an in-house legal function. This is a high-ownership role for a sharp, ambitious lawyer who wants to operate at the intersection of law and business in a high-velocity startup environment.





Role Overview

The Legal & Business Associate will own and manage the legal affairs of Ripik end-to-end — from contracts and notices to intellectual property and due diligence — while partnering closely with the founders, business, and product teams. You will be the first point of contact for all legal matters and will help build the processes, playbooks, and discipline that a scaling company needs. The role blends pure legal work with hands-on business problem-solving, so commercial judgment matters as much as legal rigor.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and issuinglegal notices, demand letters, and responses to legal notices received by the company, coordinating with external counsel where required.
- Contract lifecycle managementon commercial agreements — MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor and partner contracts, employment and consultancy agreements — including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating.
