Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media platforms.
- Research trending topics, viral formats, and content ideas.
- Write scripts, captions, and content briefs.
- Shoot videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Collaborate with the video editing team to produce high-quality content.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch creative campaign ideas.
- Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and platform algorithms.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
- Represent the brand confidently on camera when required.
- Perform other content creation and social media tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Passion for content creation and social media.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and creating digital content.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Portfolio or social media profile showcasing your work is preferred.
