Role

Drive sales of premium commercial office spaces by generating leads, conducting site visits, presenting the project, managing client relationships, and closing deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Conduct project presentations and site tours.
- Build relationships with investors, business owners, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate bookings.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-5 years of experience in real estate or premium sales (freshers with excellent communication may apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Compensation: Competitive salary + attractive performance incentives.
