Headquartered in Ranchi, Jharkhand, our core operations focus on open-cast and underground mining, advanced coal washing, crushing, sizing, and the manufacturing of high-efficiency solid fuel briquettes. We are looking for a dynamic and resilient Production Engineer to lead our continuous-process plant operations.

Position Summary

As a Production Engineer at Dingir Ventures, you will not be working in a sterile, assembly-line environment. You will be on the ground, managing a heavy industrial, continuous-process plant (such as our coal washeries or briquetting facilities). You will be directly responsible for driving daily output targets, managing material workflows, optimizing resource efficiency, and maintaining stringent B2B quality standards in a high-demand, rugged operational setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Process & Throughput Optimization




- Oversee and streamline the daily operations of continuous-process plant machinery, including coal washing, sizing, crushing, and pulverizing units.
- Monitor equipment metrics to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, maximizing hourly and daily tonnage output.
- Coordinate closely with the Maintenance Team to minimize unscheduled downtime and schedule planned cleanouts or tool changes.

2. Briquette Manufacturing & Line Management
- Directly manage the solid fuel briquetting production lines, ensuring the precise blend of raw materials (coal dust, culm) and binders.
- Optimize high-pressure briquette presses and rotary drying systems to achieve optimal structural integrity and moisture levels in the finished product.

3. Resource Allocation & Shift Management
- Manage, schedule, and lead shift workers, operators, and contract laborers, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
