- Requirements:
- Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety briefings for drivers, crane operators, riggers, helpers, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and client safety requirements.
- Inspect cranes, trailers, lifting equipment, tools, tackles, and PPE to ensure they are safe and compliant.
- Monitor loading, unloading, transportation, and lifting operations to prevent unsafe practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of workshops, yards, vehicles, and project sites.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, statutory registers, and safety checklists.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of First Aid Kits, fire extinguishers,



emergency equipment, and safety signage.
- Conduct safety inductions, refresher training, fire drills, rescue drills, and emergency evacuation drills.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and client representatives to ensure safe execution of work.
- Support internal, external, client, and ISO audits, and ensure timely closure of safety observations.
- Promote a positive safety culture across all transportation and crane operations.
