Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Clinic Operations
- Lead end-to-end operations across all clinics.
- Standardize SOPs across every location.
- Improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure zero compromise on hygiene, safety and service standards.
- Drive daily operational excellence.

2. Revenue & Profitability
- Own clinic P&L.;
- Improve EBITDA and operational margins.
- Reduce operational wastage.
- Optimize manpower cost.
- Increase productivity per doctor, counsellor and therapist.
- Drive package realization and repeat business. Healthcare COOs commonly combine operational oversight with financial accountability and performance improvement.

3. D2C Operations




- Oversee complete D2C business.
- Website operations.
- Inventory planning.
- Order fulfilment.
- Customer support.
- Returns and RTO reduction.
- Logistics optimization.
- Vendor management.
- Product launch execution.
