Job Title: Pop-Up Sales Associate

Location: Bangalore, Pop-Up Events & Exhibitions (Travel may be required)

drippinHot is a contemporary women's fashion brand creating limited-edition dresses designed for confident women who love standing out. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to represent the brand at our pop-up events.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers visiting the pop-up store.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Drive sales and achieve daily sales targets.
- Assist customers with sizing, styling, and outfit suggestions.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.
- Manage trial room operations and customer assistance.
- Process orders, payments, and billing accurately.
- Capture customer details for future marketing and CRM activities.
- Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and replenishment.
- Support setup and dismantling of pop-up stores when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and premium shopping workplace.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the brand team.
- Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in fashion retail, apparel sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers proactively.
- Ability to work long event hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and digital payments.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily sales achieved.
- Conversion rate of walk-ins to customers.
- Average order value (AOV).
- Customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Accuracy of billing and stock management.
- Number of customer contacts collected for CRM.

Compensation
- Fixed salary plus performance
